It’s not often now-a-days to come across outstanding customer service. I would like to thank AJA for their amazing service standards. I can’t recall the last time I have had such quick and efficient service. I contacted AJA’s support via an online form this morning. Within ten minutes, I had a response to my issue and after a quick follow-up email the RMA was complete. I received an RMA confirmation moments later from AJA that replacement items were being shipped. I have now gotten an email from Fedex that the package has been picked up and is on it’s way to me.
I am amazed by AJA’s understanding of the video production industry and it’s need for fast and reliable service. AJA, thank you for making a quality product and backing it with the support I needed. AJA is truly doing customer service right!
